Ruskinn announces new strategic distributor partnerships
Ruskinn Technology Limited has agreed an exclusive distribution Partnership with the Microbiology Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific (Oxoid and Remel products) for our range of Anaerobic and Microaerophilic workstations in key European markets including the UK, France, Ireland, Denmark, Norway & Sweden. This strategic alliance will strengthen our product offering to Microbiology and places the Ruskinn incubation technology alongside the leading Oxoid Culture Media technology for growth of microorganisms under anaerobic and microaerophilic conditions. The relationship with Thermo Fisher Scientific allows Ruskinn to focus on developing the product lines for Cell Biology, Stem cell and Embryology markets where Ruskinn is a recognised pioneer.
Ruskinn is also pleased to announce that effective 1st October 2010 it has appointed AWEL INTERNATIONAL as its exclusive distribution partner in France for Ruskinn’s Invivo2, SCI-tive and Gas Mixer Q range of Hypoxia Workstations. AWEL, who are based in Blain near Nantes, have key skills and product offerings for the Life Sciences and Research market and will provide a strong platform in order bring our innovative new products to the French market.
These new distribution arrangements together with the appointment of The Baker Company as our exclusive dealer in the USA (announced earlier) means that Ruskinn has taken significant steps to enhance coverage of its Anaerobic and Hypoxia Workstations in key markets. Through this carefully considered strategic distribution strategy, Ruskinn has added a network of over 100 sales professionals across Europe and N America.

Gas Level Verification Meters
The Geotech Gas analysers are designed to verify CO2 levels (model 100/1) or CO2 and O2 levels (model 100/2) inside Incubators and Workstations. It is fast, simple to use and designed to work at high humidity levels
Recommended for your service engineers, recommended for Invivo2 customers who need careful auditing of gas levels in Ruskinn Hypoxia chambers (or other lab incubators). Be careful to follow the testing protocol
Vibration Isolation Platform
Designed to minimise vibration from the Workstation or Laboratory Floor, these trays can be used for vibration free incubation of microtitre plates, dishes or flasks. Passive, mechanical and maintenance free.
Recommended for customers who require cell adherence during complex experiments
Adjustable Incubation Trays
These 'No Edge Effect' adjustable trays mean that any micro-titre pates, flasks or dishes are kept absolutely level during incubation or when reading volumes or preparing samples, Each leg is adjustable, and an inset levelling bulb below the working surface assists in accurate adjustment.
Recommended for customers who use very low volumes of media wells or dishes (Can be placed on Vibration Isolation Platform).
